Breaking the Cycle: Challenging Negative Thoughts
The session will introduce participants to understanding patterns of negative thinking. The session will offer time for discussion to learn more about how thinking styles can affect our mood, and practical information to help manage negative thinking to gain more of a balanced perspective. The talk is for anyone aged 18+ that is interested in learning more about wellbeing.

The Five Ways to Wellbeing are a set of evidence based, simple actions that when taken can improve our wellbeing. We’ll go through each one, find out a bit more and what real changes we can make to increase our happiness.
